He was introduced by Yawar Hayat through his serial “Dewareen” on PTV, it can be said that TV and Nisar Qadri were launched together in Pakistan. Nisar Qadri was a full-time actor, he did not have anything else to do, nor did he ever try to learn anything other than acting. He was devoted to his profession like worship and did not hesitate to visit producers' rooms and ask for work.

He played important roles in TV, films, theater and radio dramas, Nisar Qadri was an acting institute in his own right.

Nisar Qadri was not able to get formal education, yet he made a good name in the world of art and traveled half of the world, he did not earn wealth but earned name throughout his life, the irony of this society is that such a great artist has his personal life. He left the world with the desire to build a house in his heart.

Nisar Qadri has played comedy and tragedy roles with equal skill, going above and beyond the prevailing norms of self-promotion, make-up and public relations, but the corporate entertainment set of the modern era has not given him the due he might have had in Hollywood or Bollywood. he would have got it on merit while he was alive.

He was also called Pakistani Amrish Puri and Om Puri, but Om Puri himself said in an interview that he learned acting by watching Nisar Qadri's plays. Nisar Qadri acted in countless dramas, he played the character of cruel, oppressed or sick man by drowning in his role.

In 2006, he also played the lively role of Kalu Lashgi in the drama serial "Maling", his voice was his greatest artistic weapon, the famous producer Ghafran Imtiazhi, when he met him for the first time, asked if this is your own voice. Or you have to make it, Nisar Qadri considered this question as an honor for him.

In the early days of PTV, he got overnight fame with the play "Sone Ki Chidiya" written by Kunwar Aftab, Nisar Qadri's greatest quality was that he would change completely as soon as the camera was on and he would play his role himself. But they used to laugh, they did 19, 19 days of rehearsals for each play, that's why they used to say that we have become famous by hard work, today's artists become famous without hard work.

He was disgusted with today's plays and had even stopped watching plays.

He was naturally a trendy actor, had a keen eye for his field and knew the finer points of the art.

During a meeting at PTV Karachi Center, he said, "Initially, those TV dramas were also done on the radio." were written on technique because the available force of writers came from radio, The same is true today, you can understand the entire story of a TV drama with your eyes closed, our writers have not yet adapted to the scripting of the visual medium, too many dialogues is the failure of TV dramas, most of the directors do not know how to create visual situations. , they need a script writer, If a character in a TV drama says "I've been waiting for you for an hour" then it's radio, there are a thousand ways to show waiting on TV, show a cigarette in an ashtray, show the waiter walking, Show the state of waiting with your face, but our TV script is still being written on the technique of radio.

When Nisar Qadri used to act in those times, the scriptwriters used to have a certain speech of each character actor, for example, "Jamshed Ansari's famous dialogue "Chakoo Hai Mere Paas", Abid Kashmiri's "Kis Ku Kehde O", Shehzad. Raza's "Marunga Gol Kadu Duheen", Jedi ka" I'm a Beautiful Cheep of the Generation Gap" and Zulqarnain Haider's "Alkamuniya Mein Tu Essa Nahi Hota" etc.

In the early days, there were usually old scriptwriters who wrote TV dramas, they were well aware of the style of characterization, and the use of catchphrases for each prominent character started with radio dramas where The character could make his identity in the mind of the audience only through his dialogues. In such a case, the use of idioms with specific lips and tone used to add character to the character.

In this era, a character's name was easier to remember than the repeated takiya kalams became his identity. Late Nisar Qadri asking for matches from his subordinate Amjad was also a memorable thing.

Almost every drama aired by Nisar Qadri on PTV got popularity all over the country, but in the drama "Ek Haaklit Ek Fasana" his Takiya-e-Kalam dialogue "Machis Hogi Aap Paas?"With just one spoken word, no other actor has been able to attain such widespread recognition.

Both the drama and the dialogues were created by Riyaz Batalvi and he gives full credit to Riyaz Batalvi, he said that many artistes beat the author's right by claiming their hit dialogues as their creations but I don't do that.
