Rawalpindi: Former Home Minister and Awami Muslim League chief Sheikh Rasheed says, "Don't tell me such a thing that caused for "Chillah" again"


Justice Chaudhry Abdul Aziz of Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench heard the petition filed by Sheikh Rasheed against the May 9 cases.


Sheikh Rashid appeared in the court along with his lawyer Sardar Abdul Raziq Khan, while the incomplete report of the cases against Sheikh Rashid was presented in the court by the police.


Justice Chaudhry Abdul Aziz adjourned the hearing of the case for a week without proceeding and directed the police to submit a complete report of the cases.


Speaking to the media on this occasion, former Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed said that the court has given one week to the Punjab government to submit a complete report of the cases. He did not participate in any demonstration in the May 9 events.


Shaikh Rashed said that after a 40-day hiatus, my name was put in the May 9 cases, the man who vouched for the vehicle was also picked up, Don't tell me such a thing that caused for "Chillah" again.


In response to a question, Sheikh Rasheed said that relief for Nawaz Sharif is relief and he will get long relief.


Sheikh Rasheed said that I have not sent any message to anyone, I will start the election campaign from December 10.


He said that from yesterday's decision of PTI, it seems that they will get bat mark in the general elections.
