The heads of the American and Israeli intelligence agencies (CIA and Mossad) will meet with the Qatari prime minister in the next few days for the release of the Israeli hostages held by the Palestinian resistance organization Hamas and for a temporary ceasefire.

According to the report of the Israeli newspaper "The Times of Israel", CIA director William Burns and Mossad chief David Brena, Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani will meet in Europe for the release of 132 hostages held by Hamas and a temporary ceasefire.

According to the sources, the head of Egypt's intelligence agency, Abbas Kamil, will also participate in this important meeting, while the Channel 12 report states that the head of Israel's internal security agency, Roran Bar, will also be a part of this meeting.

In this regard, White House spokesman John Kirby told reporters that the head of the CIA is making efforts to return the hostages.

The CIA chief's movements are kept secret for security reasons, but Brett McGrock, the White House's Middle East adviser, traveled to Egypt and Qatar this week to discuss the deal.

It should be remembered that the heads of CIA and Mossad also played an important role in the temporary ceasefire in November and the release of 105 hostages.
