According to the declaration, the price of gas has been increased from 1100 to 3000 rupees for the consumption of 300 cubic meters per month, the price of gas has been increased from 2000 to 3500 rupees for the consumption of 400 cubic meters per month, and the price has been increased from 3100 to 4000 rupees for the consumption of more than 400 cubic meters per month. Gas price for ovens remains at Rs 600, power plants at Rs 1050 per mmbtu, while gas price for cement sector is fixed at Rs 4400, CNG sector at Rs 3600.
The gas price for export industries has been fixed at Rs 2100 per mmbtu and for non-export industries at Rs 2200 per mmbtu.
It should be noted that earlier the news came out that the caretaker federal cabinet has stopped the increase in gas prices for the time being.
