Elon Musk, the owner of social networking platform X, has announced the introduction of two new subscription programs to the platform.


In a message released on X on Friday, Elon Musk said that "two new premium subscription programs will be launched on the platform very soon."


Musk said that one program would cost less than the current program that would include all the features, but would not cut ads, while the other would be more expensive but would not have ads.


It should be noted that users are being charged $8 per month under the X-Premium subscription plan.
