Imran Khan's request to suspend sentence in Tosha Khana case rejected

Former Prime Minister and PTI founder Imran Khan's request to suspend the sentence in the Tosha Khana case was rejected.


 In the Tosha Khana criminal case, the division bench headed by the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court issued the decision.


Chief Justice Aamir Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri have issued a 9-page judgment in which PTI founder's plea to suspend sentence in the Tosha Khana case has been rejected.


It should be noted that the PTI founder had requested the trial court to suspend the sentence in the Tosha Khana case.


In the Tosha Khana case of Imran Khan, the court has suspended the sentence, the founder of PTI had requested to suspend the entire decision to remove the disqualification.
