Shah Mehmood Qureshi's health deteriorated in jail, permission to transfer to hospital

Vice Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and former Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi's condition has deteriorated in jail.


It should be remembered that former Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi is imprisoned in Rawalpindi's Adiala Jail after his arrest in the cipher case.



Vice Chairman PTI's condition worsened in jail, after which the jail administration sought permission from Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain of the court established under the Official Secrets Act to transfer him to the hospital.


On behalf of the jail administration, a request was made to Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain that the tests of Shah Mahmood Qureshi are to be conducted, and he should be allowed to move PIMs on the advice of the jail doctor.


Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain has allowed Shah Mehmood Qureshi to be transferred to the hospital on the request of the jail administration.
