Status feature has been improved by WhatsApp

Stories have been added to WhatsApp as Status.
If you use WhatsApp status, the good news is that the company is improving it.
As reported by WABetaInfo, the Meta-owned messaging app is making several changes to the status feature.
These new changes have appeared in the beta version of WhatsApp.
The report stated that WhatsApp is extending the status duration.
Currently a status automatically disappears in 24 hours but after the new change users will have 4 options.
Users will be able to choose the time of their choice from the options of 24 hours, 3 days, one week and 2 weeks.
However, they will be able to change this time at any time as per their wish.
It should be noted that in February 2023, Voice Status was also made a part of the app by the company.
Similarly, a private audience selector was also introduced so that if a user wants to restrict their status to specific people, it is possible for them to do so.
