FIA's crackdown on reference handi in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
The accused were involved in reference handi and illegal currency exchange
FIAThe Federal Investigation Agency is continuing its investigation against people involved in the referral trade across the country.
According to reports, one hundred and one accused have been arrested during six weeks in the crackdown against Handi in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The FIA officials said that the accused were involved in referral handi and illegal currency exchange, domestic and foreign currency worth more than 17 crore rupees have been recovered from the accused involved in referral handi.
FIA has conducted operations in different areas of Peshawar, Abbottabad, Nowshera, Kohat, Khyber and Torkham border. 85 cases have been registered in Peshawar and further investigation is going on.
