Balochistan government announced three days of mourning, emergency was imposed in hospitals.
IG Balochistan Abdul Khaliq Sheikh says that DSP martyred himself while stopping the suicide bomber, the purpose of terrorism is to create unrest and instability in Balochistan.
The IG has ordered the police to take full action against the elements involved in the blast. The teams of the police and other emergency agencies are present at the site of the blast.
IG Police Balochistan says that three other officials including DSP were injured in the blast.
The Health Department says that 45 injured in the explosion are being treated at the trauma center of the Civil Hospital. 1 person injured in the Mustang blast is being treated at the Bolan Medical Complex. 4 injured died in Civil Hospital. 1 injured in Mustang blast died in Bolan Medical Complex.
