Barrister Gohar said in a conversation with Ali Zafar that my sons and nephews are being beaten. I have just received the news that my family has been attacked, I have just received news from home that four people came, the computer was taken away, my son and nephew were beaten up.
On this the Chief Justice said that whatever happened should not have happened, the Chief Justice called the Additional Attorney General to the rostrum and said that Additional Attorney General sir, if this happened then it should not have happened. He said that I will see.
Later, when Barrister Gauhar returned to the Supreme Court, the Chief Justice asked what is Mr. Gauhar's position? Chairman PTI said that the situation is very serious, people came to my house in four days, I don't trust anyone, I want to tell the court what happened.
The Chief Justice directed the Additional Attorney General to settle the matter now, on which the Additional Attorney General said that he has spoken to the Home Secretary and the IG and they are finding out what happened.
The Chief Justice stopped Barrister Gauhar from speaking and said to first inform the Additional Attorney General, if the matter is not heard then inform the court. On this, Barrister Gohar said that now the limit has also been exceeded.
The Chief Justice replied that we are not the SHO, if we cannot solve the matter then you will tell us.
