Police raided a heroin manufacturing factory in Khyber district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and recovered a huge quantity of drugs.


According to Saleem Abbas, district police officer of Khyber district, the police raided a heroin manufacturing factory in the far affected area of ​​Shen Ghar, during which the police were fired upon from inside the factory.


The district police officer said that there was no casualty in the exchange of fire, but the accused escaped.


According to Saleem Abbas, the chemical used in 15 kg of heroin and 17 kg of heroin was recovered from the factory. The value of exported drugs in the world market is worth millions of rupees.


He said that the factory owners used to supply drugs nationally and internationally and also provided financial support to terrorists.


According to Salim Abbas, the police have seized drugs and factory equipment and started investigation, while cases of terrorism have also been registered against 3 suspects, in addition to drug trafficking.
