Hasan Niazi escape case: Ali Zaidi and Haleem Adil indicted

Both the accused denied the health crime, on which the court called the witnesses of the case at the next hearing / file photo

The Karachi local court indicted Ali Zaidi and Haleem Adil Sheikh in the case of Hasan Niazi's escape.


The Judicial Magistrate South of Karachi heard the case of Hasan Niazi's escape from the City Court, in which the police produced Halim Adil in the court while Ali Zaidi also appeared before the court.


During the hearing, the police investigation officer told the court that the accused are accused of making Hassan Niazi escape from the city court and the case against them is registered in the police station city court.



The court indicted Ali Zaidi and Haleem Adil Sheikh, but both accused denied the health crime, on which the court summoned the witnesses of the case at the next hearing and adjourned the further hearing of the case till January 6.
