The Chief Justice has said in the letter that my doors are always open to all my colleagues, I am always available on intercom and phone.
He said that you neither called me nor came to meet me for your concerns, I immediately tried to contact you on the intercom after receiving your letter but did not get a response.
He said that I asked my staff to contact you, so the staff told that you had gone to Lahore on Friday afternoon.
The Chief Justice of Pakistan said that we get salary for working 6 days, not four and a half days, the first responsibility of a judge is to perform judicial duties.
He said that if he was not interested in consulting, then why would he have followed the act which you had suspended? If I did not have to follow the decisions of the Judges Committee, why would I make this process public?
The Chief Justice said that three meetings of the Judges Committee were postponed due to your absence, if you have objections on the Judges' Rosters, a new meeting can be convened and the formation of new benches can be considered.
It should be noted that Justice Ijazul Ahsan wrote a letter to the Registrar Supreme Court and expressed his concerns about the formation of benches in the Supreme Court yesterday.
Justice Ijazul Hassan had also objected in November to which the Chief Justice replied.
