He said that the reputation of the election is being affected by keeping out the big party, PTI has prepared an alternative plan.
Latif Khosa said that the punishment given to founder PTI was wrong, the decision was interim and it can be changed.
It should be noted that the Islamabad High Court rejected PTI founder Imran Khan's separate plea to completely suspend the decision of the trial court in the Tosha Khana case.
The court has written in the decision that the founder PTI did not request suspension of the decision in the application for suspension of sentence, The Supreme Court has said unequivocally that a sentence suspension does not revoke the ruling.
It was written in the judgment that it has come to the knowledge of the court that the PTI founder has challenged the Election Commission's notification regarding disqualification in the Lahore High Court, on which the court has also issued notices.
It should be noted that the court has suspended the punishment in Imran Khan's Tosha Khana case, the PTI founder had requested to suspend the complete decision to remove the disqualification.
