In the District and Sessions Courts of Islamabad, a hearing was held against Manzoor Pashteen in Tarnool police station, in which the police presented Manzoor Pashteen to the court after completing his 2-day physical remand.


During the hearing, the police requested for further physical remand of Manzoorpashtin while the lawyer of the accused filed a bail application.


The court rejected the request for physical remand by the police and sent Manzoorpashtin to judicial remand in prison and issued notices to the bail application parties for January 2.


It should be clear that Manzoor Pashteen has been booked for violation of Section 144 in Islamabad.
