State Bank has introduced 'Sunwai' app for the complaints of bank customers

According to the State Bank of Pakistan, the application has been introduced to solve the problems of the bank customers, improve the performance of the banks and make them transparent.
Bank customers can lodge complaints about any facility and product of banks including Roshan Digital Account on hearing.
Access to Sunvai is provided through Internet web as well as Android and iOS mobile phones.
With the launch of the portal, banks have been directed to provide prompt and fair resolution of complaints.
State Bank has expressed hope that the hearing will strengthen the confidence of bank customers.
