PTI approached Supreme Court for level playing field and transparent elections

Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Gohar Khan approached the Supreme Court for fair and transparent elections.


PTI has filed a petition in the Supreme Court to provide a transparent and level playing field for general elections.


The petition has been filed under Article 184(3) of the Constitution, in which the federal government, the Election Commission and the provincial governments have been made parties.



In the petition, it has been requested that the Supreme Court should issue instructions to the parties for a level playing field and transparent elections to the Tehreek-e-Insaf, and also to stop harassing our workers and leaders.


It has been said in the petition that nomination papers are being taken away from the candidates of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf, our party should be given equal right to participate in the elections.
