The court asked whether such audios can be broadcasted on the national media. DGISI, FIA and PTA to submit their reports in 10 days, PTA to trace the account where the audio release took place first.

The court ordered that the petition and the court order be sent to DGISI, PTA, FIA and PEMRA.

The court said that another audio leak while the AudioLeaks case is under hearing is disturbing. The action of AudioLeaks gives the impression that the state may not have the capacity to stop the leaks. The protection of rights is failing, the Supreme Court has decided that if the fundamental rights of the citizens are violated, the consequences will also have to be borne.

According to the order, the further hearing of the audio leaks case will be held on December 20.
