Karachi: Bandits killed rider of online food delivery company on resistance

A rider of an online food delivery company was shot dead by robbers near the Matriculation Board office in Karachi on resistance.


According to the police, a man named Arsalan was injured in the firing near the Matriculation Board office, who was first being shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital and then to Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Center, but he died on the way.


Eyewitnesses told the police that 2 motorcycle-borne robbers robbed the deceased and shot Arsalan on resistance. The deceased Arsalan was the second among five siblings who was a resident of North Karachi Sector Seven D.


The victim used to work as an online food delivery for the last one and a half years, the victim was unmarried and used to deliver food online at night.
