26 madrassa children died after eating stale food in the suburbs of Islamabad.
According to the police, the children of Bhara Kahu madrassa had eaten stale food in the night, due to which their health deteriorated.
The police said that the children were taken to Pims Hospital at night when their condition deteriorated.
According to the hospital sources, the children were sent back to the seminary after receiving medical aid and gastric lavage.
The hospital sources further said that the condition of all the children is out of danger, while the police said that the management of the madrassa is being questioned in this regard.
