Injustices of the Judiciary
It is narrated from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad that "the greatest injustices in history have taken place in the courts of justice". The injustices of the Pakistani judiciary regarding this opinion have been continuously affecting the soul and body of the country.
After Justice Munir's judgment in the notorious Maulvi Tamizuddin case, the Bhutto hanging case proved that if anger, bigotry, jealousy and greed get into the minds of lords, they can go to any extent.
Everyone knows that Justice Maulvi Mushtaq had a personal enmity with Bhutto that why Aslam Riaz Hussain was made Chief Justice and we also saw the revenge of nature that bees attacked Maulvi Mushtaq's funeral. The mourners left the dead body and ran away, the dead body of Maulvi Sahib was left lying alone.
It is in our tradition that one has to give an account of actions in this world as well. Perhaps the same thing happened with Maulvi Mushtaq.
Justice Anwar Haq and the majority of his fellow judges also disagreed with Bhutto, some were under fear and pressure, that's why they ruled against Bhutto.
Justice Anwar-ul-Haq also had to suffer the consequences of this decision, he lost badly in the election of the International Court of Justice and left this world suffering from loneliness at his last age.
Today the Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto case has been reopened again, it is to be seen how the court of today corrects the dark history of this judicial murder of the past.
Not only the Bhutto case, it has also been proven that the verdict against Ms. Benazir Bhutto was also pronounced under the pressure of Saifur Rehman and Nawaz Sharif, that is the reason why Justice Qayyum and Justice Rashid Aziz had to resign, see the strange constitution of nature. That it was Justice Qayyum who gave the verdict against Benazir and later when he became Attorney General during the Musharraf era, he wrote a letter to the Swiss authorities asking them to drop the cases against Benazir Bhutto and Zardari.
Today, another injustice of the judiciary i.e. the decisions against Nawaz Sharif is also being discussed.
Recently Mian Nawaz Sharif named the proposed name of JIT, Judge Sheikh Azmat Saeed who WhatsApped it and said that he recommended the promotion of a Grade 19 woman when he could not do the job. While passing judgment in a case, he said that a cell in Adiala Jail is vacant for the Prime Minister. A letter of protest was written by the Prime Minister to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court on these remarks, but it was never answered.
I also have a document given by a reliable source in which the same judge's remarks against Hamza Shehbaz Sharif are recorded, this is from the period when this judge was working for NAB during the reign of General Musharraf.
This document shows that Maillords were already not only against the Sharif family, but there is regular evidence of their disagreement, when they were related to hatred and prejudice against the Sharif family, then their decision was Nawaz Sharif's. Had to come against it.
In those days, when the case against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was under hearing, a PML-N minister secretly met a Lords, then he said Nawaz Sharif should resign, we are under a lot of pressure. was expressed by General Zaheer-ul-Islam to Nawaz Sharif through Malik Riaz, as if the position of ISI chief General Zaheer-ul-Islam and this lord was surprisingly the same, there was also information that a lord's wine Noshi's film was with an organization and they were blackmailing him.
Another Lord, who was included in the bench of the Supreme Court, his elder brother was employed in Awaz Group, but was expelled from there, because of this, this judge and his family became hostile to the Sharif family. I was caught secretly visiting Hussain Nawaz's steel mills and Hussain Nawaz Sharif immediately recognized him and took his class.
With reference to the same My Lord, the Sharif family has a video record of Judge Arshad Malik in which he is telling that this powerful My Lord called him to his office one day and asked him how much punishment should be given to Nawaz Sharif. Arshad Malik said that the punishment is not so high in this case and also told how much punishment should be given and at the same time the same Lord issued a formal order regarding the witnesses and discussion.
My Lord was the legal advisor of a big plaza in Islamabad, when his case was heard in the Supreme Court, he himself sat on the bench, which was a CLASH OF INTEREST and was clearly against the requirements of justice and fairness.
The inside stories of the rest of the Lords who passed judgment against Nawaz Sharif are also currently preserved by the Intelligence Bureau and the Sharif family, never to be mentioned again. What is happening with Khiladi Khan today is also raising new questions regarding the role of the chambers of justice.
The first question is that whether Bhutto or Benazir, Nawaz Sharif or Yusuf Raza Gilani were all tried in open courts, why is Imran Khan's trial in jail? What will be the role of PTI in the next election, there is complete ambiguity in this regard, why is it not being clarified?
The largest party of the country which had the majority in the previous government and won in 2018, if it is not given a chance in the election, how will that election be valid? Why is there no big decision coming from the chambers of justice in this regard? The case is not that today's judiciary is correcting the wrong decisions of the past, but it is making wrong decisions again today, which can be corrected in the future. A new Messiah must come.
The history of the world is a witness that justice is the main point on the basis of which family, nation and country are united. We did immense injustice to the East Pakistanis which resulted in the tragic fall of Dhaka.
Remember that if the parents do not do justice to their children, then the children rebel against them and separate from them. This has been happening in front of us every day.
The judiciary has abused the People's Party a lot in recent history, Benazir Bhutto sometimes begged for justice in this court and sometimes in that court, but the arrogant and spiteful lords never gave her justice.
Nawaz Sharif was once the darling of the powerful and the judiciary, but when he fought with the powerful, he became hated and resentful of the judiciary, and then the lords of that time hated him and gave unfair decisions.
Today the same behavior is happening to Imran Khan. In the court of history, the Lords of the past were wrong and Bhutto, Benazir and Nawaz Sharif were proved right. Lest the Lords of today be proved wrong and Imran Khan right in the days to come.
