Islamabad: FIA Prosecutor Rizwan Abbasi has said that the indictment of the cipher case was read out in the court in which the accused also denied the health crime.


Speaking to the media outside Adiala Jail, FI Prosecutor Rizwan Abbasi said that there is a way to frame the charge and the indictment has been read in the court. The court asked the accused if they are false accusations, the accused have denied the allegations in the indictment.


The FIA ​​prosecutor said that the process of indictment has been completed yesterday, the law does not require the signature of the accused on the indictment document.


Rizwan Abbasi said that we have applied for an in-camera trial on the last day, we have applied for an in-camera trial under Section 14 of the Official Secrets Act, today 4 witnesses will be produced by the prosecution.
