Indian Air Force training plane crashes during flight, 2 pilots killed

A training plane of the Indian Air Force crashed during the flight, killing two pilots on board.


The trainer and the trainee pilot were killed in an aircraft accident that occurred in the air during a routine training flight from the Air Force Academy in Hyderabad, according to Indian media. The accident occurred in the Medak district of Telangana state. They passed away.


The Indian Air Force confirmed the accident and said that the PC Seven MK aircraft crashed towards Surti in which both the pilots sustained serious injuries from which they could not survive.


The Indian Air Force has ordered an immediate investigation to find out the causes of the accident.


Indian media reports that the aircraft involved in the crash is a single-engine aircraft that the Air Force uses for basic training.
