The Election Commission announced the decision of the contempt of Election Commission and Chief Election Commissioner case.

In the pre-secured decision pronounced by the Election Commission, it has been said that the trial of founder chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan and former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry will be held in Adiala Jail.

The decision of the election commission against Asad Umar has not been announced yet.

According to the Election Commission, the contempt of Election Commission case will be heard on December 13 in Adiala Jail.

The Ministry of Interior has been ordered to prepare an administrative report within 2 days and submit it to the Election Commission.

It should be remembered that during the last hearing Imran Khan's lawyer Shoaib Shaheen told the commission that the government does not want to produce the former prime minister, on which the member Election Commission Sindh said that we have issued production orders for the former prime minister, on which the lawyer Shoaib Shaheen said that the production order was not implemented.

Member Election Commission of Balochistan said that earlier they were not coming, now they are not presenting, why should we take the risk of bringing the former prime minister from Adiala Jail? If we had our own force, we would have done a lot.

The Election Commission had adjourned the hearing till December 6.
