Barrister Gauhar Khan elected PTI Chairman unopposed

Barrister Gohar Ali Khan was elected unopposed as the Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).


Today, Tehreek-e-Insaaf's registered voters chose a new chairman.


Barrister Gauhar Khan turned in his nomination documents to become the PTI Chairman.


Chief Election Commissioner Niazullah Niazi says that Umar Ayub was elected as Central General Secretary of PTI.


Apart from this, Ali Amin Gandapur has been elected the president of Tehreek-e-Insaf Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Yasmin Rashid has been elected as the president of Punjab.


Security was announced by the police for the PTI intra-party election and the SSP operations themselves supervised the security.


Following the request of the Chief Election Commissioner of PTI, the Election Commission had directed the Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and IG Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to make security arrangements.
