Armed forces will defeat Pakistan's enemies with the support of the nation: Army Chief

Rawalpindi: Chief of Army Staff General Asim Munir has said that the full attention of the Pakistan Army is focused on defending the borders of the motherland and the armed forces will defeat the enemies of Pakistan with the support of the nation.


According to Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), Army Chief General Asim Munir visited Khairpur where he was received by Corps Commander Bahawalpur.


According to ISPR, the Army Chief observed the Bahawalpur Korki Field Exercises at Khairpur Tamiwali, apart from which he observed Armour, Mechanized Infantry, Artillery, Air Defense, Anti-Tank Guided Missile, during which the Army Chief observed the field exercises. A briefing was given while the Army Chief interacted with the troops participating in the exercise.


ISPR says the exercises are aimed at enhancing skills to meet future challenges in the operational environment.


On this occasion, the Army Chief instructed to continue serving the nation with traditional zeal and enthusiasm in every situation.


General Asim Munir said that we are well aware of the challenges, with the support of the nation we are ready to defeat any nefarious intentions of the enemies of Pakistan, the Pakistan Army is fully prepared to defend the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Pakistan. The entire focus is on defending the borders of the motherland, with the support of the nation, the armed forces will defeat the enemies of Pakistan.
