The Islamabad High Court has summoned caretaker Prime Minister Anwarul Haq Kakar for the upcoming hearing in the implementation of the recommendations of the Baloch Enforced Disappearances Commission.


The court said that according to the recommendations of the commission, 55 missing Baloch students should be presented, otherwise the caretaker prime minister should appear.


The Islamabad High Court has also ordered the defense minister, interior minister, defense secretary and interior secretary to appear.

Additional Attorney General Munoor Iqbal Dogal told the court that whatever the matter is, the relevant ministry looks into it or it is sent to the sub-committee, on which Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said that the court has to do its job and ensure its implementation. The Islamabad High Court, while rejecting the report of the ministerial committee established for the recovery of missing persons, said that the caretaker prime minister will be issued a notice, the caretaker interior minister and the caretaker defense minister will also be summoned, and the caretaker minister for human rights will also be summoned.
