I think most of the cases against Nawaz Sharif were baseless: Sarfraz Bugti

A common citizen cannot imagine the facilities provided to Imran Khan in jail: Caretaker Interior Minister's interview to a British news agency / file photo

ISLAMABAD: Caretaker Interior Minister Sarfraz Bugti has said that in my opinion, most of the cases against Nawaz Sharif were baseless and it will be the first time in history that someone has been disqualified for the crime of taking salary from his son.

Sarfaraz Bugti said in an interview given to the British news organization that a common citizen cannot imagine the facilities provided to Imran Khan in jail, rejecting the court's order regarding Imran Khan's appearance on November 28 in the cipher case. Will admit.

He said that in my opinion, the cases against Nawaz Sharif were mostly baseless and it will be the first time in history that someone has been disqualified for the crime of taking salary from his son.

Sarfaraz Bugti said that no favor is being given to Muslim League (N) by the caretaker government, Nawaz Sharif and Bilawal Bhutto are the same for the government and both are respectable while the Ministry of Interior has informed the Election Commission regarding the elections. All kinds of support have been assured.

The caretaker interior minister added that so far about 3 lakh illegal immigrants have returned, this process will be completed in a month, more than 99 percent of the returnees are Afghan immigrants.

He said that 'RAW' has a role in the tragic events in Pakistan, there is no doubt that anti-national agencies always try to increase the fault lines of Pakistan while there is conspiracy in Gilgit-Baltistan, Jaranwala and other places. The fabric goes elsewhere, we are unlucky people to fall into this temptation.

He said that it is not a proper practice to call the court to oversee the case of missing persons, the number of missing persons in Pakistan is the lowest in the region and the issue of missing persons has become a propaganda tactic against the country. 78% of the cases have been resolved out of the lists that have been given.
