According to foreign media reports, on the morning of November 29, the plane took off from Munich, Germany. During the flight, a quarrel started between the husband and wife. Seeing the situation getting worse, the pilots contacted the control room and related to the unruly passengers.


The flight crew said that the wife, who is from Thailand, had complained against her German husband to the pilot of the plane that he was threatening her.


The pilots of the plane had previously sought permission from India to divert the plane to Pakistan, but when permission was not received, Both passengers were disembarked in New Delhi following the pilot's emergency landing.


According to the report, the passenger's husband seemed to be in a state of intoxication. After handing over the husband and wife to the security at Indira Gandhi Airport, the plane left for Bangkok again.


According to Indian media reports, the authorities of Indian Aviation have contacted the German embassy regarding the passenger couple and it has not yet been decided whether they will be handed over to the police or sent to the embassy.


Media reports said that after landing in India, the couple, who were not identified, apologized to the flight crew for their behavior and requested to continue on the plane, which was not granted.
