Asad Umar announced to quit politics, also resigned from PTI membership

Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf leader Asad Umar announced his complete separation from politics.


In a statement on social media, Asad Umar wrote that I have decided to leave politics completely,As I've already stated, I disagree with the confrontational policy and consider it to be a major source of friction with governmental institutions.It is not in the best interests of the country.


Asad Umar also announced his resignation from the core membership of PTI, saying, "I am grateful to all those who have supported me in public life, especially the NA-54 team and voters." May Allah bless Pakistanis in general and those who helped me win my two elections in particular.


It should be remembered that before Asad Umar, many leaders of PTI including Fawad Chaudhry and Sadaqat Abbasi have announced their separation from politics.
