After the birds, animals died after being hit by a plane at Islamabad Airport

Incidents of birds colliding with airplanes are continuously being reported in Pakistan, but the animal collided with the plane during landing at Islamabad Airport.


According to civil aviation authorities, the flight from Dubai to Islamabad landed at 11:51 last night. After landing, the pilot reported an animal hitting the nose wheel during the landing roll on runway 28L.


A civil aviation spokesperson said that on inspection of the runway, remains of dead animals were found between taxiways C and F, but the airline's engineering department confirmed that there was no damage to the aircraft.


Apart from this, officials said that the reasons behind the incident are being investigated and all possible measures are being taken to keep wildlife away from Islamabad Airports.
