A 4-day ceasefire has begun in Gaza

A 4-day cease-fire has officially started in Gaza under the agreement reached between Israel and Hamas.


According to the foreign news agency, the temporary ceasefire started at 7 am local time, which will continue for the next 4 days, i.e. until 7 am on Tuesday.


According to Arab media, 2 oil tankers and one gas tanker entered Gaza from the Rafah crossing, while the flights of Israeli military planes from the southern areas of the Gaza Strip have been stopped.


According to media reports, under the ceasefire agreement, Hamas and Israel will release hostages in groups and allow 200 trucks of aid to enter Gaza on a daily basis.


According to Arab media, an operations room has been established in Qatar's capital Doha to monitor the Gaza ceasefire. Qatar is in direct contact with the Israeli army and Hamas to implement the temporary ceasefire.


According to the agreement reached between Israel and Hamas, Israel will release 150 women and children in exchange for the release of 50 hostages by Hamas.


It should be remembered that since October 7, more than 14,850 Palestinians have been martyred and 7,000 Palestinians are missing in the ongoing Israeli bombardment in Gaza, while more than 36,000 Palestinians have been injured.


According to Abu Obeidah, the spokesman of Hamas' military wing, Al-Qassam Brigades, 335 Israeli military vehicles have been destroyed in Gaza so far and another 33 Israeli military vehicles have been destroyed in just 72 hours.
