Zayed Ali informed fans of the sad news by sharing a picture with father and son on Instagram.

Zayed Ali said, "My first friend, superhero, father, you were a very hardworking person; you made me the person I am today and for that I am forever grateful to you," in a tribute posted following the death of his father. I will continue to live, believing that I have accomplished everything if I have even a fraction of what you have as a father.

Zaid Ali stated that he hoped Allah would give him the top spot in Jannat al-Firdous and pleaded for his father's forgiveness.
