Rizwan attributed the win against Sri Lanka to the 'sisters' of Gaza

Yesterday, Mohammad Rizwan played an unbeaten innings of 131 runs against Sri Lanka.

National team wicket-keeper batsman Muhammad Rizwan has dedicated yesterday's brilliant victory against Sri Lanka to the 'brothers' of Gaza, victims of Israeli brutality.


In the World Cup match played yesterday at the Indira Gandhi Stadium in Hyderabad, Pakistan achieved the target of 345 runs given by Sri Lanka with the loss of 4 wickets before 10 balls.


On behalf of Pakistan, Abdullah Shafiq and wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan scored brilliant centuries and Mohammad Rizwan was declared the man of the match for his unbeaten innings of 131 runs.


Apart from Pakistan, the innings of Muhammad Rizwan and Abdullah Shafiq is being highly appreciated by the former and current cricketers of India and it is also being called as a good preparation of Pakistan for the match against India.


National team captain Babar Azam released a statement on social media in which he praised the entire team and said, "A pat on the back to my boys who never say no, Rizwan and Abdullah Shafiq laid the foundation for the win

Now the best player of the match against Sri Lanka Mohammad Rizwan has also issued a statement on social media.


Mohammad Rizwan wrote in his social media message that this victory is for our brothers and sisters in Gaza, along with which he also created a prayer emoji.


It should be noted that the Israeli forces have been completely besieging Gaza for the past three days and the continuous bombing continues, in which more than 900 people have been martyred and more than 5000 injured so far.


The wicket-keeper batsman added, "I am happy to have played my part in the win, but the credit goes to the entire team, especially Abdullah Shafiq and Hasan Ali who facilitated the win for the national team."


Mohammad Rizwan also expressed special thanks to the people of Hyderabad and said that the people of Hyderabad have been a great host and fully supported.
