Ministries and departments received fake mails, Cabinet Division issued a warning letter
Fake emails are being sent to various Ministries and Divisions from JS Co-Ordination, PM Office IDISLAMABAD: The Cabinet Division has directed ministries to be wary of fake emails and WhatsApp messages.
The Cabinet Division has issued a letter to all Federal Ministries and Departments stating that e-mails and phone calls coming from the name of Special Investment Facilitation Council may also be fake.
It is stated in the post that fake emails are being sent to various ministries and divisions from the ID of JS Co-Ordination, PM Office, fake messages have also been sent from WhatsApp in the past, PM Office and SIFC Cell. Messages were sent to various ministries from the fake address of the Secretariat.
