This warning was given by World Bank President Ajay Banga while addressing a conference in Saudi Arabia.
He expressed his belief that the recent events in Gaza and Israel will have a significant effect on economic growth.
He added that 'I think we are at a very dangerous point at the moment'.

The President of the World Bank expressed his views at the annual 3-day conference in Saudi Arabia, in which more than 6,000 delegates from different countries participate.
He said that geographical tension is the biggest threat to the global economy.
He said that economic risks are increasing continuously and cannot be ignored.
It should be noted that Saudi Arabia strongly condemned the Israeli aggression on Gaza and reiterated its support for the Palestinians.
Saudi Arabia has also suspended the process of normalizing relations with Israel.
