Instruction to appoint chairman PTI's appeal against jail trial for hearing
The order of hearing on intra-court appeal of chairman PTI against the jail trial has been issued
A two-member bench of the Islamabad High Court directed the Registrar's Office to appoint Chairman PTI's appeal against the jail trial.
The written order of the hearing on the intra-court appeal of Chairman PTI against the jail trial was issued. Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb and Justice Thaman Rifat Imtiaz issued the written order.
The order said that the registrar's office had raised objections to the application, the lawyer is directing to affix the number on the office citation after hearing the arguments of the petitioner. Whether the application is admissible or not will be decided on the judicial side.
It may be noted that the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court had upheld the appointment of the judge of the Jail Trial and Official Secrets Act Court which was challenged through an intra-court appeal.
