Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain of Special Secret Act Court in Rawalpindi's Adiala Jail heard the cipher case against PTI Chairman and Vice Chairman.
On the objection of the lawyers, the court redistributed the copies of the challan to the accused and further hearing of the case was postponed till next week.

After the hearing, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) prosecutor Shah Khawar said that the hearing of the cipher case has been adjourned till October 23 and the accused will be charged at the next hearing.
Lawyer Safi Sher Afzal Marwat
On the other hand, the lawyer Safai Sher Afzal Marwat said that we were not given the copies of the challan at the previous hearing, because of the non-giving of the challan, the indictment was not processed. will be imposed.
Sher Afzal Marwat said that chairman PTI and Shah Mehmood were brought to the court today in a cage, the judge said that the next hearing will be held in a big room now, and took the statements of 164 of the 22 people who held a press conference on the events of May 9. have been taken
He said that it is feared that the case of chairman PTI will be sent to the military court based on these statements.
He added that the next hearing of the cipher case will be held after a week but the date has not been given yet.
Lawyer Salman Safdar
Chairman PTI's lawyer Salman Safdar says that the decision of the High Court has come on the jail trial in the cipher case, but the copy has not been received. It is hoped that the decision on all the other applications will come by Monday.
While talking to the media, Salman Safdar said that Chairman PTI has informed about the legal issues and he has instructed to challenge the decision of Islamabad High Court on the jail trial, which will be challenged by Salman Akram Raja.
Salman Safdar said that we have received the copy of the challan in the cipher case, but we were not given time. .
He said that it is alleged in the FIR that the content of the cipher was twisted, although what should have happened was that the twist was matched with the original cipher and then the case would proceed. go
He further said that transparency cannot be maintained in the jail trial, secret proceedings were conducted in this case which even the lawyers are not aware of.
