Caretaker Prime Minister held meetings with Presidents of Russia, Sri Lanka and Kenya

In the sideline meetings, Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar stressed on strengthening ties in the region to promote regional cooperation

On the occasion of the Third Belt and Road Forum in China, the Prime Minister held sideline meetings.


Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar Haq Kakar discussed Pakistan-Russia relations and regional and international affairs in a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.


Meanwhile, the two leaders emphasized on strengthening ties in the region for the promotion of regional cooperation.


Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar Haq Kakar was met by the President of China's well-known think tank "Grand Vivanstiution".


Anwar Haq Kakar on social networking website X (Twitter) said that common goals and future vision were discussed in the meeting.


The Prime Minister appreciated the efforts of the Chinese think tank to make the relations between Pakistan and China more stable and expressed their desire to work together.


Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe also met Caretaker Prime Minister Anwarul Haq Kakar in sideline meetings.


In the meeting, Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar emphasized to continue cooperation with Sri Lanka in the wider interest of the region for the eradication of poverty and economic development and prosperity, and to increase cooperation for the promotion of peace and stability and relations, while Pakistan and Sri Lanka in Gaza. Has expressed deep concern over the difficulties faced by Palestinians due to Israeli attacks.


 Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar had a constructive meeting with Kenyan President William Ruto, during which Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar held fruitful discussions on strengthening Pakistan-Kenya relations with a focus on deepening economic cooperation.



Earlier, in a conversation with Chinese think tanks and scholars in Beijing, Caretaker Prime Minister Anwarul Haq Kakar said that Pak-China eternal friendship has been established at every opportunity, thanks to CPEC, Pakistan's outlook has changed in the last 10 years.


Nawarul Haq Kakar said that no relationship is more important for Pakistan than its relationship with China, Pakistan will not let anyone affect its deep relationship with China.
