One thousand and ninety petitions have been filed in the Supreme Court against the decision of the Lahore High Court in the fuel price adjustment case. A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa will hear these applications on Monday.
The court issued notices to the parties. On the last hearing, Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa had remarked that cases are piled up on electricity prices. The next hearing will be adjourned, nor will arguments be allowed on video link.
