Watson and Finch led which two Asian teams to World Cup semi-finalists?
Former Australian players Aaron Finch and Shane Watson have revealed their top four teams for the ICC showpiece event, including two Asian rivals.
While participating in an Indian private TV program, former Kangaroo captain Aaron Finch and all-rounder Shane Watson expressed their belief that Pakistan will be among the teams that will make it to the semi-finals along with India, Australia and England.
Finch said that India, England, Australia look to be in the semi-finals and Pakistan might be with them because I think they are a very balanced team.
Taking a blunt tone, Watson clearly predicted four teams and said that they would be Australia, India, England and Pakistan.
On this occasion, former Indian cricketer Robin Uthappa also included Pakistan in the semi-finalist teams of the World Cup. However, unlike Watson and Finch, he chose New Zealand in the top four instead of England .It should be noted that ICC World Cup 2023 is going to start from next month while 10 teams are participating in the event. The tournament will start from October 5 while the final will be held on November 19.
